Sony’s WH-1000XM6 Hello Kitty Bundle Opens for Preorder at $519.99
Sony’s WH-1000XM6 Hello Kitty bundle is open for preorder at $519.99 in the U.S. It pairs the wireless noise-canceling headphones with a Hello Kitty carrying pouch and tote bag. For fans, that is the attraction: audio gear they can use every day, with accessories that make the package more personal.
Sony announced the collaboration in September and confirmed on November 2 that preorders had opened. The Sony Store-exclusive collection also includes the WH-CH730N and WH-CH530, giving the collaboration three price points.

What the XM6 Brings
The XM6 remains the premium option here. Sony lists its QN3 noise-canceling processor, a 12-microphone system, adaptive noise-cancellation optimization and up to 30 hours of battery life. Those are manufacturer specifications; this announcement does not establish how it performs in AOAB testing.
The collaboration’s stated additions are the themed accessories and presentation. Sony makes no separate claim of improved sound or noise cancellation for the Hello Kitty bundle.
The AOAB Buying Question
The price comparison matters. Sony currently lists the standard black WH-1000XM6 at $379.99, reduced from a displayed regular price of $459.99. The Hello Kitty bundle is therefore $60 above that regular price and $140 above the current sale listing. The standard black product page currently displays an availability-alert button, so that lower price is not a promise of immediate stock.
A Hello Kitty fan may happily pay for a matching pouch and tote. Someone shopping primarily for headphone performance should compare the complete package against the standard model’s selling price when ready to buy. The accessories have to earn their share of the budget.
